Terms of use
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply to Milele Kids: the website milelekids.com and the Milele Kids apps, run by OXMET Limited ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
1. Accounts are for parents
- Only adults may create an account: a parent, guardian or another adult caring for the children who will use it.
- Children use Milele Kids through profiles on the parent's account, with the parent's permission and under their care.
- Keep your password and parent PIN to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account; tell us at privacy@milelekids.com if you think someone else has used it.
- Give us correct details, especially your email address, so that we can reach you.
2. The service
Milele Kids offers Bible stories, quizzes, memory verses, games, songs, lessons and creative activities for children, in Kiswahili and English. We keep improving it, so features may change, and parts of it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.
3. Using Milele Kids well
Please do not:
- use Milele Kids for anything unlawful, or to harm children or anyone else;
- try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, or disrupt the service;
- copy content in bulk, scrape the website, or copy, change or take apart the apps;
- pretend to be someone else.
4. Our content
Stories, pictures, songs, games and other content in Milele Kids belong to OXMET Limited or to those who allowed us to use them. Kiswahili Bible text is from the Swahili Union Version, used with permission. You may use the content for your family's personal, non-commercial use. Printables may also be printed for non-commercial use at home, at church or in a classroom.
Pictures that children colour belong to their family; we only store them to show them back.
5. Ending an account
You can delete your account at any time in the Parent Center (see how to delete an account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts children at risk; where we can, we will tell you why.
6. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Milele Kids accurate, safe and available, but we provide it "as it is", without promising that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Milele Kids supports, but does not replace, the guidance of parents, teachers and the church. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of Milele Kids. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
7. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to put it right.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and email parents about important changes before they take effect. Using Milele Kids after that means you accept the new terms.
